Soogalu uses EasyRx to share design orders and supporting digital files.
To support the workflow, you need an EasyRx Practice account. If you have a EasyRx Practice account, connect to the Soogalu via the Lab menu option.
If you don’t have a EasyRx Practice account, email us at [email protected] and we’ll invite you to create a EasyRx account.
NOTE: If you are lab, receiving cases via EasyRx, you’ll need a EasyRx Practice account to submit orders to Soogalu Design Services.
Once you submit an order with supporting STL files, a CAD Designer will be assigned.
Pricing and Billing
$20 per CAD CAM Design.
Soogalu will invoice monthly for Design requests.

Ordering design services from Soogalu is simple. Connect your EasyRx practice account, send your order, and our experienced orthodontic designers will handle your case. Track progress, provide feedback, and approve the design, then print in-house or use an outsourcing company like LazerTek.
How Our Design Services Work:
1. Sign up
We use EasyRx, the most trusted lab prescription platform in the industry to send orders to designers. Already have a EasyRx account? Great - connect to Soogalu Design Services from your EasyRx Practice Account. Don’t have a EasyRx Practice Account, fill out your information and we’ll get you invited.
2. Send order
Login to your EasyRx account and send your oder to Soogalu Design Services
3. Design
Your case is handled by experienced orthodontic designers dedicated to your needs.
4. Approve
When the design file is done, you can either approve or request a redesign.
5. Order Status
During the process, you can always review your status, leave further instructions, share feedback and get support, all from inside EasyRx
6. Manufacture
After approval, you can print your design in-house or send it to a metal printing outsource company, like LazerTek
